Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requires education generally equivalent to a 4 year degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of Inside Sales and/or Call Center environments, past managerial experience in an Inside Sales or Customer Service Manager's role. Experience in Material Sciences a plus but not required. This position requires approximately 30 - 40% travel to Europe, Asia and the Continental United States.
