Quality - the cornerstone on which all Williams' materials processes are built
At Williams, the quality process starts when choosing our raw material sources. Incoming analytical testing is performed in-house on all material before it enters our manufacturing stream. Throughout the manufacturing process, analytical tests are performed in-house to ensure purity, along with required dimensional and materials characteristics, including cleanliness levels, to meet individual customer demands.
Compressive procedures are followed throughout manufacturing. This methodology allows for the collection of statistical data. The WAM Quality Team uses the statistical data as measuring matrix for trend generation, continuous improvement analyses, and to proactively create new advancements in manufacturing processes and materials technology.
