Complete Tool and Die Shop In-house
Williams Advanced Materials has an extensive library of tools for various shapes and sizes, including squares, rectangles, disc, washers, frames and special shapes. Our in-house Tool and Die Shop will build tooling to meet your drawing and specifications. Or you can utilize the expertise of WAM’s Tool and Die Design Department to help in developing the optimum size and shape for your specific application. In addition, our Material Engineers can help to determine the proper volume and alloy for the application involved.
All tools are designed and built at WAM utilizing wire EDM equipment, heat treating and final ground to exacting tolerances. Williams builds various types of tools including, but not limited to, multi-up, progressive tools and draw dies.
