Williams Advanced Materials offers small grain size, stringer and inclusion free nickel alloys for various applications, including the vacuum envelope for microwave tubes and other high reliability devices. Our vacuum casting and superior process controls allow us to minimize impurities which eliminate the cause of stringers and inclusions. Our flexible manufacturing is conducive to both high volume and small lot processing. Our product offering includes strip in gauges from 0.007-0.100" thick and plate from 0.100 - 1.000" thick.
High Purity Nickel Strip is available in the following materials:

- Monel Series 404
- Electronic Ni
- 96Ni 4W
