Our highly trained and certified machining staff can handle the manufacturing of both standard OEM sputter system backing plates and customer-designed units. Williams supplies backing plates in the traditional materials (Stainless Steel, Molybdenum, and Copper backing plates) along with a wide variety of materials for unique applications. Customers will receive new or refurbished cathodes with properly finished sealing surfaces and tight-tolerance dimensions.
